One flat fee, any purpose: the price above is all-inclusive — taxes included, no surcharge — whatever the purpose (purchase, sale, mortgage, succession, divorce, litigation, capital gains, overseas tax) and whatever the valuation date (as on today, backdated, or as on 1-4-2001). Commercial property and large land parcels are quoted separately.

Every visit covers: occupancy check, tenancy/usage check, unauthorized occupancy check, plan & measurement verification, general property check for encroachments, and plan-vs-actual verification — plus a written report with photos. No add-ons, no recurring plan — book again whenever another check is needed.

What this confirms: that the paperwork is complete and in order — before it goes to an advocate. If something needs correcting (a missing NOC, a patta mismatch, a heirship dispute), that's legal work outside this service; we can introduce an advocate from our network, but the correction itself isn't part of this fee.

No separate fee for buying or selling support — you pay only for the Valuation (Section 01) and/or Document & Title Due Diligence (Section 03) that applies to your situation, plus Property Monitoring (Section 02) if you want it. We coordinate site access as part of delivery, at no extra charge. We are not brokers: no negotiation, no tenant handling, no commission. TDS & capital gains guidance is included free with a Valuation booked for a sale — see Section 01.

Not a fresh valuation: both are desk reviews of a report you already have, delivered within 2 working days — no site visit, priced separately from Section 01.

Refund policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before inspection, or where access is denied at the time of visit — service fee is non-refundable; any transportation cost already incurred is also non-refundable.
