Our valuer visits the property and prepares the report without taking a position on how it should eventually be divided — that's not our role.

Every heir receives the same report

A single certified figure the family can use as the starting point for the partition deed or settlement — drafted by your own advocate.

What we are not

We provide the independent valuation baseline only. We don't draft partition agreements, Release Deeds, or Legal Heir/Succession Certificate applications, and we don't mediate the settlement itself — that's your family's advocate's work. We can introduce an independent advocate from our network on request; that engagement is between your family and them.
